Terms and conditions
- A deposit of $100 is payable upon bookings
- Full payment due 7 days prior to event
- Changes to bookings within 7 days of event may incur additional charges
- Cancellations are permitted up to 7 days before event with full refund of deposit
- Cancellations within 7 days of the event will incur loss of deposit
- Cancellations within 24 hours of the event will result in forfeiture of total booking fee
- No Show/Late fee will apply if customer if not present at booked time. We are not obliged to remain at picnic if customer does not show on time
- Customers are responsible for costs associated with wilful damage to property
- Equipment cannot be left unattended
- Bookings located 30km outside of Yeppoon will incur additional charges
- Due to health regulations, smoking is not permitted at our picnics
- Coastal Picnics Co. does not accept responsibility for the freshness and quality of food once it has left our care
- Drinks are not included in the picnic packages. You are welcome to bring your own beverages. Drinking alcohol in a public place including roads, footpaths, parks and beaches is prohibited in Queensland under the Liquor Act 1992. Coastal Picnics Co. do not take any responsibility for beverages consumed in a public location during your picnic booking
